Property Manager

About the role

This is a senior Property Management role working with a small team of Property Managers and administrators in a real estate office that also runs a successful sales department. The position is permanent, comprising of a five day work week (possibly four day a week) from 9am - 5pm with no weekend work required. You will be managing the rental portfolio and general office operations for Jervis Bay & Culburra First National Real Estate, situated within beautiful Jervis Bay, with management extending to the suburbs of Callala Bay, Callala Beach, Currarong, Culburra Beach, Orient Point, Greenwell Point and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships and strong communication with Landlords, tenants, suppliers and new clients

• Manage repairs and maintenance of rental properties

• Prepare documentation relating to management of properties

• Prepare documentation relating to leasing of properties

• Ensure properties are compliant with current legislation

• Arrange landlord insurance cover for rental properties

• Conduct or assist with conducting routine inspections

• Manage arrears

• Manage conflict

• Market rental properties

• Answer phone and email enquiries

• Implement new systems and procedures to suit the business needs

• Attend NCAT hearings if applicable

About you

• Current Driver's Licence

• Class 2 Real Estate Licence

• Minimum of 1 year Real Estate experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Flexible approach and solution focused

• High attention to detail

• Computer savvy

• Professional attire and well presented

• Excellent time management skills

• Willing to work in a team but can also work autonomously

• End of month experience or willing to learn
