Commercial Manager (NEC)

You’ll be responsible for:

•    Leads senior team leaders to ensure projects progress to schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
•    Reviews project reports and recommends adjustments to plans and delivery strategies.
•    Sets clear performance standards and development objectives for supervisors and staff.
•    Builds a high performing, service driven team through effective leadership, coaching, and daily management.
•    Promotes an inclusive, positive workplace aligned with Mace’s values.
•    Drives continuous improvement across management systems, processes, and performance measures.
 

You’ll also have:

•    Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent.
•    Chartered or progressing toward RICS accreditation.
•    Strong commercial, financial, and contract management capability across pre  and post contract stages.
•    Proven experience leading project workstreams and engaging senior stakeholders.
