At Lighter Blues Psychology, we believe that great therapy starts with great clinicians. We are a boutique psychology practice providing flexible, client-centred services across North Brisbane and the Caboolture region, supporting children, adolescents and adults through NDIS, Medicare, private referrals and Telehealth.

About Us

Lighter Blues was built on the belief that psychology should be accessible, flexible and tailored to each individual. We provide therapy in clinic, via Telehealth, and in the community, allowing us to meet clients where they feel most comfortable. Our clinicians have extensive experience working across the disability, mental health, child safety and justice sectors, using evidence-based, strengths-based and person-centred approaches to help people achieve meaningful outcomes.

About the Role

You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload including:

Medicare clients

Work Cover

NDIS participants

Children, adolescents and adults

Autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions

Anxiety, depression and trauma

Emotional regulation and behavioural challenges

Families, carers and support networks

You'll enjoy the flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests while receiving ongoing support from a collaborative team.

About You:

You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and values building strong therapeutic relationships.

You will have:

General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA

Eligibility to provide Medicare services

Experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle (community role)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Professional Indemnity Insurance
