Contracts Administrator – Full Time – Kingston Building Pty Ltd

A fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join one of Newcastle’s most reputable builders.

Kingston Building, 2025 Commercial Builder of the Year, is a multi-award-winning builder and a leader within the industry. Due to a large influx of work, a position has become available for a Newcastle-based Contracts Administrator to work with the project team for the delivery of major commercial, residential, education, retail, and industrial projects.

The position is available for an immediate start as either full-time employment or on a contract utilising your own ABN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Subcontractor procurement, management & administration.

• Head contract administration.

• Take total ownership of site safety, time & quality outcomes of the project and team satisfaction in accordance with KPIs.

• Assist with the development of project management plans in accordance with our Management System e.g. Safety, Environmental, Quality, Industrial Relations and Work Planning.

• Fully understand and take ownership of the offsite implementation of all project specific plans.

• Ensure work performed on site is carried out in accordance with Company standards, values and KPIs.

• Maintain appropriate documentation, in accordance with integrated management systems and legislative requirements.

To excel in this role, you will ideally have:

• Have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field.

• Have solid experience in the delivery of projects up to $10 million.

• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent cost management skills

• Experience with Timberline, Bluebeam, Procore & Microsoft Suite.
