Team Administrator

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. What You’ll be Doing

• Providing high-level administrative and PA support to the Industrial & Logistics Division.
• Managing diaries, coordinating appointments, and monitoring email correspondence.
• Maintaining internal databases and tracking enquiry activity and reporting.
• Preparing reports, submissions, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Creating HTML e-brochures, coordinating direct mail campaigns, and responding to client enquiries.
• Processing monthly invoicing and marketing expenses, with an understanding of basic trust account procedures.
• Supporting the Director with day-to-day priorities and administrative requirements.
• Assisting the broader administration team and undertaking ad hoc projects as required.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a similar administration or PA role, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• A strong understanding of administrative processes and a commitment to operational excellence.
• A proactive mindset, with the initiative to anticipate needs and quickly learn new systems and processes.
• InDesign skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing materials highly regarded.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
• The resilience and adaptability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
