The Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated 3rd–4th Year Apprentice Electrician to join our experienced service team.
Based out of our Prestons NSW workshop, this hands-on role provides exposure to industrial electrical systems, controls, and onsite energy equipment across a wide range of customer sites.
You will work closely with qualified tradespeople, gaining valuable experience in servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and installation across industrial and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Under supervision and as part of a high-performing service team, you will assist with:
Electrical maintenance, servicing, and repair of industrial boilers and process heat systems
Electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fault finding onsite
Installation of electrical controls, instrumentation, and related equipment
Assisting with start-up, commissioning, and performance testing of equipment
Supporting scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance programs
Assisting with customer site works, upgrades, and improvement projects
Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer service
Other tasks relative to the industry to help build skills and experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current 3rd or 4th year electrical apprenticeship
Manufacturing / industrial maintenance experience preferred (or similar industry experience)
Current Driver’s Licence (required)
White Card (required)
Ability to travel occasionally
Strong interest in industrial environments and hands-on technical work
Ability to follow procedures, take direction, and work safely at all times
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn
