Remuneration package of $2,267.62 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $2,721.14 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).Access to Council’s Nine (9) Day Fortnight Arrangement.Be part of a supportive and safety-conscious team.Generous leave entitlements.

Your New Role

Wagga Wagga City Council is seeking reliable labourers to work within our civil operations division. This is an ideal opportunity for someone accustomed to hands on work, looking for a job that has variety and gives you access to great training and career development options.

Duties of this position will include but are not limited to:

Undertake labouring duties across the civil operations division for works such as:

Civil constructionRoad worksMaintenance worksTraffic controlHousekeeping (environmental controls, safety controls, site security, etc)

What You Will Need To Succeed

A General Construction Induction Training Card (White Card).A Class C Driver’s Licence (Minimum).SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Card\s – Traffic Controller and Implement Traffic Control or willingness to obtain.Applicants must be punctual, enjoy working outdoors and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
