Cafe All rounder

About the role

As a Café All Rounder, you'll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the café. You'll work in a fast-paced environment providing excellent customer service and supporting all café operations.

Key responsibilities

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service

• Taking customer orders and operating the POS system

• Preparing and serving coffees, drinks, and other beverages

• Running food and clearing tables

• Assisting with basic food preparation

• Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen

• Cleaning tables, floors, and customer areas

• Restocking fridges, displays, and supplies

• Opening and closing duties

• Following food safety and hygiene standards

About you

• Friendly, positive, and approachable

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment

• A team player with a strong work ethic

• Willing to learn and take initiative

• Available to work weekends and public holidays when required

• Previous café or hospitality experience preferred

• Barista skills preferred

• Current RSA or willingness to obtain one

• Food handling experience preferred
