Link-Force Australia is recruiting two Project Engineers for an established commercial formwork and concrete contractor delivering major projects across Perth.

Senior Project Engineer
$150,000–$180,000 + super, vehicle and fuel card

Working on a major apartment development, this position requires an experienced engineer who can lead the technical side of project delivery. You’ll be responsible for reviewing structural drawings, planning and sequencing works, resolving technical issues and coordinating with the builder, consultants and site team.

Junior Project Engineer
$100,000–$110,000 + super

Working on a major university project, this role would suit a developing engineer with site-based commercial construction experience. Formwork and reinforced concrete experience is preferred, while jumpform knowledge would be highly regarded. Additional salary flexibility may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Review structural drawings and specifications

• Assist with planning, programming and construction sequencing

• Coordinate formwork, reinforcement and concrete activities

• Manage QA documentation, ITPs and inspections

• Monitor progress and identify potential delays

• Liaise with builders, consultants, suppliers and site teams

• Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues

• Ensure works meet safety, quality and programme requirements

About You

• Relevant Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar qualification

• Experience delivering commercial construction projects

• Formwork, reinforced concrete or structural package experience preferred

• Able to read and interpret structural drawings

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• Australian working rights
