Specialising in the general freight, supermarket, and FMCG fields, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager based in Morwell.

About the Role

You will be accountable for the overall success of the Gippsland region, ensuring our network operates safely, efficiently, and in line with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, lead and mentor a strong, engaged and high-performing culture across multiple site-based teams

• Drive execution of operational plans, KPIs, and strategies aligned with national objectives

• Identify and deliver continuous improvement across transport, logistics and customer service offerings

• Taking full accountability for regional P&L performance, budgeting and financial results

• Optimise asset utilisation and manage labour efficiency across operations

• Ensuring compliance with Safety, Chain of Responsibility and regulatory requirements

• Customer focused, delivering exceptional customer outcomes while strengthening strategic customer partnerships

• Identify and implement productivity, efficiency and cost optimisation initiatives

• Business Development and growth accountability

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

·       Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain environments

·       Strong operational and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results

·       Expertise in analysing data and trends to develop and implement strategies that optimise operations

·       Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

·       Ability to drive change, continuous improvement, and accountability

·       Ideally tertiary qualified in logistics, business management or related field
