Associate Intern

Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)

Duration: 3–6 Months

Minfy Technologies is looking for an energetic and ambitious SDR Intern to support our ANZ sales team. This role is ideal for students interested in technology sales, cloud computing, AI, business development, and consulting.

You will learn how enterprise technology sales works while helping identify opportunities, engage prospects, and support go-to-market initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn and sales tools.
• Conduct outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
• Support marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Conduct market and competitor research.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with professionals and business leaders.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Interest in technology, cloud, AI, and enterprise sales.

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Previous customer-facing, retail, or sales experience.
• Interest in AWS, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation.

• Hands-on experience in B2B technology sales.
• Exposure to enterprise customers across ANZ.
• Training on sales methodologies and prospecting techniques.
• Mentorship from experienced sales leaders.
• Potential pathway to SDR, Business Development Representative, or Account Executive roles.
