As a Performance Manager, you’ll work closely with Premium staff within our Premium and Credit Team to uplift performance, whilst ensuring the delivery of a customer-centric and best in class Premium and Credit service. This will be achieved through conducting thorough and in-depth reviews of reporting and premium work/audits, along with coaching and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with WorkSafe requirements through assurance and audit activities.
• Drive improved performance across key Premium and Credit measures.
• Enhance operational consistency, governance, and risk management.
• Build capability within the Premium and Credit teams through coaching and support.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop, deliver, and evaluate training solutions for the Premium team.

Qualifications

• Workers Compensation/Premium and Credit Management experience preferred
• Knowledge of general business and administrative practices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PC literate – Database and Microsoft Office
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Coaching and mentoring experience
• Time management and organisation skills
