Pub Grill Cook / Line Cook wanted / Chef

The Oaks Hotel, Neutral Bay, is looking for Grill Cook (Grillardin) or Line Cook to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months of experience working the Grill or section in a fast-paced pub kitchen. The cook will be responsible for preparing meals according to menus and recipes and have worked in pubs and clubs before.

** We have FULL TIME + CASUAL Positions available **

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that food is cooked to the proper temperature and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area
- Follow all food safety procedures and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
 

25 - 40 hours a week ideally, and must have Australian working rights and have at least 6 months Grill or Line cook experience.

FULL time hours also available to the right skilled person on a rotating roster
