About the role
As our casual Integrated Family Services Practitioner, you’ll support families to strengthen relationships, build safety and stability, and help children and young people thrive. Working alongside families experiencing vulnerability, you’ll use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to support capacity building, resilience and positive change. In particular the delivery of Targeted Care Packages within the home and community.
This casual role offers flexibility and variety, with shifts across a range of programs including Adolescent Support, Finding Solutions, Family Services, Family Preservation & Reunification, Targeted Care Packages, and Who’s In Charge. You’ll provide practical support, early intervention and guidance that is tailored to each family’s goals and needs. In particular the delivery of Targeted Care Packages within the home and community.
Collaboration is a key part of the role. You’ll work closely with schools, health services, community organisations and other stakeholders to ensure families receive coordinated and well-rounded support.
