Intern, Marketing Coordinator - Japanese Speaker

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator Intern to support our team in APAC, and mostly the Japan Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in B2B technology marketing, working closely with Field Marketing Managers across the region.

In this role, you will assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, webinars, events, digital programs, reporting activities, and sales enablement initiatives that drive customer engagement and pipeline growth.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, webinar, and event channels.

• Assist with webinar and event logistics, registrations, and attendee communications.

• Coordinate marketing assets, email invitations, and campaign materials

• Maintain and update campaign data within Salesforce and marketing platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on registrations, attendance, and engagement.

• Support lead management processes and ensure CRM data accuracy.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support regional demand generation initiatives.

• Native or fluent Japanese language skills, with business-fluent English communication skills.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong analytical skills with an interest in marketing metrics and reporting.

• Interest in B2B marketing, technology, and SaaS.

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing tools is advantageous.
