The OpportunityLatitude is a well-established, multi-disciplinary creative studio based in Toorak. They partner with leading architects, developers, and brands across brand strategy, digital delivery, property marketing, commercial interior design, and architectural photography (including the renowned Peter Clarke brand). Latitude is seeking a dependable, highly organised Senior Account Manager to work directly alongside the Managing Director across client relationships, studio operations, and workflow.

You'll work across Latitude, Studio Massive and Peter Clarke projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Project Leadership: Manage key client relationships and lead projects across branding, digital, commercial interiors, and property marketing from initial brief through to delivery.
Architectural Photography Coordination: Manage incoming photography enquiries, quotes, scheduling, client proposals, and post-production/retouching workflows.
Digital Project Support: Coordinate CMS content updates, campaign landing pages, lead capture systems, and site changes across platforms like WordPress and Sanity.
Studio Operations & Workflow: Bring structure to daily studio operations; track project timelines, budgets, staged invoicing, and external production partners using tools such as Asana, Streamtime, and Slack.
Business Development Support: Assist the Managing Director with pitching, credentials decks (using Adobe InDesign/Google Workspace), and strategic growth initiatives.
The Ideal CandidateExperience: Proven track record as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Producer, or Project Manager within a creative agency or studio environment. Transferable operational skills within design-adjacent industries will also be considered.
Eye for Style & Taste: A genuine interest in design, architecture, fashion, interiors, or photography, you respect and understand the creative process without needing to be a designer yourself.
Operational Excellence: Highly organised, self-accountable, and capable of managing multiple priorities smoothly in a fast-paced creative environment.
Emotional Intelligence: Intuitive, calm, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate project bottlenecks before they arise while maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients and creatives.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating project management software, CMS platforms, budget spreadsheets, and administrative systems.
