About the Role 

This is more than a leasing role. It's about creating exceptional first impressions and helping people find a place they'll proudly call home. 

You'll guide prospects through beautifully designed apartments and amenities, deliver tailored property tours, and create a seamless customer journey from enquiry to signed lease.  

This is a full-time permanent position, working Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, with uncapped commission linked to both individual and team performance. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Conduct personalised apartment tours and inspections  

• Showcase apartments, amenities, and the Haiku lifestyle  

• Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences  

• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into signed leases  

• Maintain display apartments and leasing spaces to a premium standard  

• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity  

• Track leasing performance and conversion metrics  

• Work closely with onsite and central teams to deliver a seamless resident journey 

About You 

You're a people person who loves connecting with customers and achieving great outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working towards targets, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. 

You may come from real estate, retail, hospitality, fitness, travel, or another customer-focused sales environment. Most importantly, you're confident, driven, and naturally skilled at building relationships. 

We'll provide the platform. You bring the personality, energy, and drive. 

What You'll Need 

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential) 

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills 

• A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results 

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
