As a permanent Case Work Support Officer based in Great Southern with Lifestyle Solutions, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people in Out-of-Home Care by ensuring our services are well-coordinated, compliant, and therapeutically informed. Working closely with General Manager, Operations Managers, Therapeutic Specialists, and Case Workers, you'll help create meaningful and lasting outcomes for young people and their support networks through high-quality administrative and operational support.

What You'll Bring

• Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work (or currently working towards)
• Strong administrative, organisational, and compliance capabilities
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
• Proven ability to manage documentation and coordinate competing priorities
• Current driver's licence and required probity clearances
• Empathy, resilience, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide administrative and operational support to Operations Managers, Therapeutic Specialists, and Case Workers across our services.
• Coordinate internal meetings, including case plan, cultural plan, care team, and cohort meetings, ensuring all documentation is prepared and recorded accurately.
• Maintain accurate client records and track client movement within agency systems to support real-time data integrity.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on case work documentation to ensure compliance with relevant state-based legislation, standards, and organisational requirements.
• Undertake regular audits of client files to support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Contribute to the delivery of safe, culturally respectful, and trauma-informed practices that support positive outcomes for children and young people.
