Details: Are you a strategic leader with expertise in quality assurance, regulatory practice and stakeholder engagement within the education and care sector?
Education and Care Regulation and Support (ECRS) is seeking an experienced and collaborative Director, Quality Assurance and Engagement to lead teams responsible for quality assessment, rating and sector engagement functions across the ACT education and care sector. This leadership role within the Education and Care Regulation and Support (ECRS) Branch provides oversight of regulatory activities that support quality improvement and legislative compliance under the National Quality Framework.
The role will provide strategic advice on complex regulatory issues, lead policy and operational improvement initiatives, and oversee the delivery of evidence-based guidance and support to stakeholders. The role will require representation of the ACT Regulatory Authority at local and national forums, review panels and sector meetings.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Teaching, quality assessment, regulatory practice, compliance or a related field are highly desirable. Related qualifications and experience may also be considered.
Equivalent combinations of qualifications, professional experience, and demonstrated capability may also be considered where applicants can show strong knowledge and practical experience relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
