Our roles:

Education and Immigration Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Registered Migration Agent with the following tasks:

• Handling client inquiries, collecting relevant documents, drafting Statements of Purpose (SOP), and preparing and submitting visa and school applications;

• Conducting research on migration policies and case law, and providing findings to the migration agent;

• Liaising with education providers regarding course information and application requirements;

• Communicating with school admission teams to follow up on student applications and offer letters in a timely manner;

• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person to convey document requirements and respond to non-legal questions related to document preparation;

• File management: sorting, categorising, and archiving client files, maintaining the database, and ensuring client information is updated regularly;

• Data entry: accurately completing various application forms and checking for errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from an Australian institution;

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with particularly strong English writing ability;

• Mandatory Mandarin language proficiency required for client communication and document preparation;

• Native-level Mandarin proficiency is essential for effective client communication and accurate document preparation;

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency level (B2) required for professional communication and written tasks;

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

• Strong attention to detail and task execution skills;

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF Pro, and other office software;

• Relevant experience preferred but not essential; must demonstrate a positive work attitude and willingness to learn;

• Must have full working rights in Australia.
