Retail Restaurant Manager

We are looking for experienced , dynamic QSR Retail Restaurant Managers to lead our restaurant Teams. Reporting to the District Manager, you will play a key role in all restaurant operations. With a clear focus on best practice and operations excellence, you will lead and mentor the continuous development of your team, whilst maximising the growth and profitability of the business.

You will lead your team to achieve people, sales, and profit goals through the execution of our Growth Mindset Thrive Plan.

Key elements of the role include:

• Providing Safety Leadership through our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy

Prerequites 

• 3 years experience in a QSR Restaurant Manager position

• Drivers Licence essential

• Management credentials desirable
