Support Worker - Supported Accommodation

Salary: $30.50 - 39.53 per hour + Salary Packaging
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
Roster: Monday–Sunday (flexible availability required)

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our team across Perth.

In this role, you will support individuals with complex needs — including sensory, physical, and intellectual disabilities, and at times challenging behaviours — within shared accommodation settings. You will assist with daily living, promote independence, and support community access, making a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and household duties
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with customers, tailoring communication to individual needs
• Support and participate in activities such as swimming, dance classes, and social outings
• Safely operate modified vehicles to transport customers to appointments and community activities
• Follow person-centred plans and support individuals to achieve their goals
• Maintain accurate documentation including case notes, timesheets, and incident reports

About You

• Passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, resilient, and confident working with complex behaviours
• Experience or knowledge of Active Support (or willingness to learn)
• Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability (desirable but not essential)
