About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategy Associate to work across strategy and M&A, within the Group Strategy team of our ASX listed company.

You'll support Endeavour Group in the development of strategic plans and projects for the Group and within our business units, targeting areas that represent the most significant sources of profitable growth for the company, which are outside BAU, and which require additional resources to accelerate thinking and delivery.

Perform complex analysis and extract insights from that analysisDevelop actionable insights by conducting data driven analysis to support senior decision making across the businessMonitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify competitive threats and new business opportunitiesCreate written communication materials to deliver insights and analysisProject manage parts of projects and/or transactionsWork with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, to define business challenges and opportunitiesAssist in structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve themInfluence key stakeholders to deliver impactful changeAssist with evaluating M&A opportunities across Endeavour GroupAssist in any M&A processes, including coordination and compilation of the due diligence on potential investments and managing advisors

What do we need from you

Now Let’s Talk About You

4-6 years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity or a similar relevant fieldAbility to work and excel in a high performing team environmentOutstanding academic record and social achievementsDemonstrated ability to manage projects or transaction processes, or workstreams within Experience in quantitative modellingSuperb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across an organisationConsumer market experience and/or retail experience is an advantageExperience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks
