Window Film Installer – Full Time

Cooltone is a leading provider of solar window tinting, window frosting and decorative graphics in Brisbane, with more than 40 years of industry experience.

We work across South East Queensland on a wide range of residential and commercial projects and have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, professional service and reliable delivery.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add another full-time Installer to our established installation team.

You will be responsible for completing high-quality window film, frosting and decorative graphic installations across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Our work ranges from residential homes and offices through to large-scale commercial projects, providing plenty of variety from day to day.

You will be joining an experienced team of full-time installers, supported by a knowledgeable sales and operations team, most with installation experience.

While previous window film installation experience would be highly regarded, we are also open to candidates with strong transferable skills from areas such as signage, graphic application, glazing or other similar hands-on trades.

For the right person, we are happy to provide training and further development in window film installation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in their workmanship

• Good communication and customer service skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving

• A flexible, positive and professional attitude

• A current Australian driver's licence

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

• Flat glass window film installation

• Solar and safety film

• Frosting and decorative film

• Vinyl or graphic application

• Signage installation

Experienced window film installers are strongly encouraged to apply, with remuneration negotiable based on experience and capability.
