At No Limits Sports (NLS), we’re proud to be one of Melbourne’s leading providers of high-quality sports coaching. We deliver fun, inclusive, and active programs across a wide range of sports and activities for children of all ages and abilities.

This summer (December & January), we’re running exciting entry-level cricket programs across Melbourne as part of our school program offerings and we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable coaches to join our team!

About the Role

You’ll be delivering fun, engaging, and skill-building cricket sessions for primary school-aged children throughout the summer holidays. Each day brings a new group of kids, so you’ll need plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and a love of sport.

This is a great opportunity for:

• University students or graduates in sports, teaching, or recreation
• Community coaches looking for extra summer work
• Anyone passionate about getting kids active and learning new skills

What You’ll Need

• Experience playing or coaching sport (cricket experience highly regarded)
• Previous experience delivering children’s programs (e.g. Cricket Blast or similar)
• A current Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability

What You’ll Do

• Coach and supervise groups of children in cricket-based activities
• Deliver multiple fun, structured programs each day
• Represent NLS with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on safety
• Ensure every child has a great experience and leaves with a smile!
