Receptionist - Short term

$40 per hourReservoir Location (Own Transport Essential)2 week casual assignmentCommencing next week

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Receptionist to cover a short-term leave for a well-known household consumer brand.

The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and a working knowledge of phones, administrative practices and procedures. You will receive a full day hand-over to get you up to speed.

Primary Roles And Responsibility

Provide support through general clerical dutiesAnswer and screen telephone calls for all staff members and take messages when appropriate20-30 inbound calls dailyAssisting office visitorsPerform general typing and administrative assignments including scanning filling, and data entry as and when requiredMaintain a good working relationship with the management and staffHigh level MS office & intermediate ExcelAny other duty as reasonably directed

To Be Successful You Will Need To Demonstrate

Must have current drivers licence and own transportExperience in a reception & admin environmentOutstanding communication skills & customer serviceOutgoing & pro-active personalityBe a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic
