The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is passionate about people, enjoys building strong relationships and takes a genuine customer service approach to recruitment. This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you’ll own the recruitment process from headcount approval all the way through to offer. You’ll manage your vacancies end to end, including sourcing, headhunting, advertising, phone screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer management.

Your strength lies in building a talent pool of quality candidates that align with Interflow’s values and behaviours. You enjoy collaborating with people and building meaningful relationships by providing expert advice to hiring leaders across the business. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to recruit for several different roles in both the blue and white collar space. You’ll have a knack for working in a fast paced environment and managing a high volume of vacancies. This is a permanent full time role.

You will bring:

• A strong customer service approach and a genuine focus on candidate and hiring manager experience
• Strong phone and communication skills, with a genuine willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the phone screening candidates
• The ability to be self motivated, proactive and work autonomously
• Comfortable managing a high volume of vacancies in a fast paced environment
• Resilience and confidence to navigate difficult conversations
• Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple roles, priorities and stakeholders
• Experience as an agency or internal recruiter is highly desirable
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field is desired but not essential
