Support Worker

What you'll be doing

• Help people build independence and develop everyday living skills
• Be there for personal care, household tasks and community participation
• Support people to work towards their own goals and enjoy meaningful experiences
• Stay calm and consistent, including with people who have complex behaviours
• Build safe, trusting relationships, backed by clear documentation and good teamwork

You're the right person if...

• You've supported people with disability before, including complex behaviours or higher needs
• You're calm, patient and professional, especially when things get challenging
• You build genuine relationships while keeping clear professional boundaries
• You communicate well and keep good records
• You're reliable, flexible, and keen to keep learning and growing
