Part-Time Personal Assistant/ Sales Associate

About the role

We are an established, highly regarded real estate agency with a strong reputation and presence in the local market. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organised Sales Assistant to work closely with an established, high-performing Sales Representative.

This is a hands-on position for someone who already has experience in real estate sales and wants to take the next step in their career. You will be involved across the full residential sales process in a fast-paced real estate environment.

• Part-time position – 20 – 25 hours per week

• Monday to Thursday + Saturday

• Saturday availability is essential — this is a non-negotiable requirement of the role.

• Wednesday and Thursday availability until 6:30pm is essential

Key responsibilities

• Preparing professional market appraisal documents and listing presentations

• Contacting and following up the database, buyers and potential sellers

• Coordinating new property listings from signed authority through to campaign launch

• Attending buyer appointments, Open for Inspections and auctions as required

• Assisting with contracts, sales administration and settlement processes

• Supporting prospecting, database management and business development activities

• Following up leads and helping identify new sales opportunities

• Coordinating auction preparation, documentation and settlement administration

• Managing sales file administration and ensuring all required compliance documentation is completed

• Maintaining accurate CRM records, buyer activity and client details

About you

• Previous experience in residential real estate, sales, administration or a similar client-focused role

• Highly organised and proactive

• Confident communicating with buyers, sellers and other professionals

• Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and face-to-face

• Reliable, well presented and professional

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

• Confident using CRM systems, computers and technology

• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team

• Available to work Saturdays

• Available Wednesday and Thursday until 6:30pm
