About You

You are a skilled plant operator with civil construction experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety. With a current HR licence, excellent communication abilities, and a no-nonsense attitude, you’re ready to make an impact and grow with CES.

About your Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a small team alongside our Hire Manager. From operating machinery to organising resources and ensuring site safety, you’ll be at the forefront of our CES operations.

• Lead, coordinate and supervise daily civil and earthmoving operations.

• Motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver small, quoted jobs on time and to a high standard.

• Operate and coordinate machinery, equipment and resources to maximise productivity.

• Champion a safety-first culture through pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site compliance.

• Read and interpret site plans, coordinate works and maintain accurate site documentation.
