At Scomparin and Bernardi, we’re a boutique general practice law firm based in Clifton Hill, and we believe that great legal work starts with a great workplace. We’re now looking for a talented conveyancer to join our growing team.
What you’ll be doingDrafting documents including Contracts of Sale of retail and residential property and business, Commercial Leases, and a variety of other property transactions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders
Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices within the legal industry
Collaborating closely with the wider team to deliver efficient, high-quality legal services
Minimum 2 years’ property experience, managing your own files within a legal environment
Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
A proactive, practical and solution - oriented approach to legal challenges
A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
A warm, collegial team culture where people enjoy coming to work
