As demand for offshore infrastructure continues to evolve, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our Perth team and help deliver a major offshore project for one of Australia's leading offshore energy operators.
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you'll lead a multidisciplinary project team and act as the primary interface between Allseas and the client. You'll be responsible for balancing safety, technical excellence, commercial performance and stakeholder satisfaction throughout every stage of project delivery—from engineering and procurement through offshore execution and project close-out.

About the roleAs Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of major offshore construction and decommissioning projects from project award through to final close-out.
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and engineers, working closely with offshore operations, logistics, procurement, HSE and commercial teams. You will act as the primary day-to-day interface with one of Australia's leading offshore energy operators, building strong relationships while ensuring successful project outcomes.
This is a leadership role where you'll balance technical excellence, commercial performance, safety and client satisfaction throughout every phase of the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilitiesIn this role you will:
Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of project execution.
Take overall responsibility for project safety, delivery, schedule, budget and commercial performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, offshore operations and project support functions.
Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and contractual changes.
Drive collaboration across disciplines to achieve safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery.
Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Allseas' management systems and the highest HSE standards.
We're looking for an experienced project leader with a passion for delivering complex offshore projects.
Ideally you'll have:
A degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
Extensive experience managing offshore construction, installation, decommissioning or major EPC/EPCI projects.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
The ability to build trust, inspire teams and make sound decisions under pressure.
A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Experience in offshore construction, heavy lift, pipelay or subsea projects will be highly regarded.
