About the Role:
Join our team as a Billing & Scheduling Assistant and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our services. This full-time onsite role is based at our Nunawading service site and works closely with teams across the organisation.
You will assist in rostering, timesheets, leave, and billing processes, ensuring accurate and compliant workforce and financial administration in line with organisational requirements, the Victorian Disability Services MEA 2023, and NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Limits.
Key responsibilities:
Support the development and maintenance of team rosters and timesheets in line with the Victorian Disability Services MEA 2023, ensuring appropriate coverage, allowances, and break requirements
Process leave requests to support efficient workforce operations
Administer, reconcile, and monitor NDIS billing and claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Pricing Arrangements, and timely resolution of discrepancies or rejected claims
Maintain accurate records to support compliance and reporting requirements
Provide responsive support to employees, participants, and stakeholders regarding rostering and billing enquiries
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and administrative efficiencies
This is a fast-paced and collaborative role requiring strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and excellent organisational skills.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in rostering and billing required (disability sector preferred)
Knowledge of NDIS pricing arrangements and applicable Awards (SCHADS & MEA)
Strong administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Experience providing professional customer service and stakeholder support
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
