About The Role

McCone Properties is hiring driven salespeople from Wollongong to join our Dubai team. You will be relocating to one of the world's most active property markets, with structured training, experienced mentors, and a platform built to help you start closing from your first months.

The role:

Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activitiesConduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirementsAdvise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan propertiesNegotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactionsAssist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction processWork closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experienceBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable propertiesStay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventoryProvide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations

What you will need:

Currently based in Wollongong (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 monthsBackground in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estateHighly motivated, disciplined and target orientedFinancial stability is essential (commission based role, 6 months of savings recommended)Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)Driving licence preferred, as you will need one in Dubai

The honest picture

Your first two or three months will mostly be learning the market and building a pipeline. You will have plenty of conversations that go nowhere. That is normal, and it is the reason we recommend savings before anything else.

After that there is no ceiling. Commission is 50-70% and we pay it daily. Last year our top earner made just over US$2.4 million (AED 9 million) in commission, tax free. That is our best, so treat it as the top of the range rather than what to expect, but it is a real figure from a real person on this team.

If you are looking for a basic salary, this is not the role for you.
