Bar & Barista All-Rounder — The Rustic Secret Garden, Mulgoa Penrith

• Join a beautiful garden venue where great coffee, good service and a warm team actually matter.
• The Rustic Secret Garden is a premium restaurant and event space in Penrith. We serve High Tea, à la carte dining, weddings and private events in a glasshouse-and-garden setting — and we're looking for a confident all-rounder to run our bar and coffee station.

What you'll be doing

• Making consistently excellent coffee — espresso, milk texturing, latte art a bonus
• Serving beer, wine and cocktails responsibly at our bar
• Looking after guests on the floor: greeting, taking orders, running food, clearing
• Setting up and packing down bar and coffee stations for service and events
• Helping the team deliver High Tea, functions and weekend service smoothly

What you'll need

• Current NSW RSA certificate — essential
• Minimum 6 months' paid barista experience (café, restaurant or venue)
• Genuine weekend availability — Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days
• Warm, polished customer service and a calm head under pressure
• Broad hospitality skills — happy to jump between bar, coffee and floor
• Right to work in Australia

Nice to have

• Cocktail or function bar experience
• Experience in a wedding or events venue
• Coffee training or barista certification
