Pay Rate: $40.00 - $46.12 per hour + eligibility for the Worker Retention Payment*

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care, building strong teams and positive community partnerships.

• At least two years' leadership experience within an education and care service, with demonstrated success leading teams and mentoring educators.
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations, Assessment and Rating processes, Quality Improvement Plans and child safe practices.
• Experience managing rosters, budgets, compliance, administration and day-to-day operations of a service.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID009 and HLTAID012), Child Protection training, a paid employee WWCC.
