Store Person / Machine Operator - Steel Industry

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson / Machine Operator to join our team on the day shift. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you’ll be involved in a range of activities, including warehousing and distribution of steel products using overhead cranes and forklifts, picking orders, operating machines and unloading and stacking materials.

 Our ideal candidate will have:

• A forklift licence (advantageous)

• Previous machine operating experience, particularly with sitters/guillo

• Previous experience in steel, manufacturing or warehousing environments

• Experience in operating an overhead crane will be an advantage 

• Great communication skills, ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

• Most important is a great work ethic and a willingness to learn.
