About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Area Manager, your focus will be on delivering outstanding quality homes across multiple sites that exceed our customers' expectations. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage end to end ownership of 12-20 home builds, ensuring each project progresses safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Coordinate materials and trades across multiple job sites to keep construction moving smoothly and on schedule.
• Inspect workmanship to maintain consistently high quality across all dwellings.
• Champion safety on site by ensuring all trades comply with company processes and WH&S legislation.
• Liaise with customers and councils as needed, completing all required documentation to support an exceptional project delivery experience.
• Capture weekly construction photos and updates to keep clients informed through their online portals.

About you:

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in the residential construction industry with supervising experience highly regarded
• Strong project management and organisation skills
• Knowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homes
• Ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Drivers license
