The role of a Teacher at St Patrick’s College is to support the mission and ethos of the College and the Touchstones of the Edmund Rice Charter within the learning environment.

This involves implementing processes and practices in keeping with the values and ethos of the College and designed to accomplish the desired outcomes of the College’s academic and pastoral programs.

This role is fundamentally responsible for the education and welfare of our students and as such, is committed to their formation, the enhancement of our teaching and learning and the nurturing of an atmosphere of care within our College.

The quality of the spiritual, academic, cultural and sporting programs of the College depends on the dedicated teacher and the pursuit of quality education for each and every one of our students.
