We are currently seeking talented Corporate & Commercial Lawyers to join our dynamic legal team in a full-time, permanent position at our LOD headquarters. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients across a range of sectors, delivering commercially focused advice and tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.

• 4–12 years’ PQE, ideally gained in top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)

• A client-centric mindset – commercially astute, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running

• Strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine interest in partnering with businesses

• Solid general corporate & commercial experience
