About the roleProvide play‑based practice and repetition of therapy goalsDeliver 1:1 sessions under supervision of our Speech PathologistFollow structured plans, activities, and data‑collection systemsSupport families with home practice and generalisationFlexible hours across both locationsQualifications & RequirementsAHA Certificate III/IV or progress in a relevant degree (Speech Pathology, OT, Education, Psychology)Experience working with children or in disability/NDIS settingsStrong communication and rapport‑building skillsReliable, organised, and confident working independently with clear guidanceValid Working With Children CheckCurrent Police CheckDriver’s licence and access to a car (preferred but not essential)What we offerSupportive supervision and structured trainingClear session plans and ready‑to‑use resourcesA friendly, collaborative teamIdeal role for students or early‑career clinicians wanting hands‑on experience
