The Integrated Product Marketing Coordinator plays a key support role in the planning and execution of integrated marketing activities across Auto & General's direct insurance product portfolio.

Working closely with a team of Integrated Product Marketing Managers and reporting into the Head of Integrated Product Marketing, this role provides essential coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of product marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple products and channels simultaneously.

They will assist in the coordination of campaign planning and delivery, help manage budgets and reporting, support the preparation of marketing materials and briefs, and facilitate stakeholder engagement across internal teams. The role ensures that all product marketing activities align with brand objectives, governance standards, and business priorities.

An understanding of integrated marketing principles, budget management, risk awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.

The role

• Campaign & Go To Market Execution: Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns for direct insurance products, ensuring alignment with strategic plans, marketing calendars, and business objectives. Drive end-to-end go-to-market activities across direct, digital, and emerging channels.
• Performance Optimisation: Support initiatives to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quotes, sales, conversion, and retention. Assist in analysis of campaign effectiveness to identify optimal channels and offers, helping foster a culture of continuous improvement and A/B testing.
• Collaboration & Insights: Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and data & analytics to facilitate transparent communication and collaborative campaign delivery. Contribute to competitor research and share market insights to inform strategy.
• Process & Efficiency: Assist in streamlining marketing processes and maintaining operational frameworks to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Support the adoption of new tools and technologies, including AI, for ongoing efficiency gains.

What experience you’ll bring

Must Have:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordination, product marketing, or digital marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment or the financial/insurance sector.
• Proven experience in supporting integrated marketing campaigns, demonstrating strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders concurrently.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, web content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic team setting.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Commerce, Digital Media, Business, or a related discipline.

• Experience working in financial services or insurance
