Key Responsibilities Include

Prepare and cook all food orders in line with kitchen recipes and standards with a sense of urgencyMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and equipment care.Monitor stock requirements, minimise wastage and support effective food cost control.Assist with menu preparation and ensure adequate supplies are available for service.Lead by example, support the kitchen team and assist in training and developing apprentices.Communicate proactively with the Head Chef/Supervisor to ensure smooth and productive service.
