• $50,000 base + super + uncapped monthly commission
• Realistic Year 1 OTE of $60,000 – $75,000 — with a clear path to $100,000+ in Year 2 and $150,000+ for our top performers

About the Role

Look, we're not going to sugarcoat it this is a call-driven, targets-on-the-board sales role. But here's the thing: we've built an environment where hitting those targets is actually a good time with a team who wants you to succeed.

You'll come in, get trained properly, learn the craft of sales, and start earning commission fast. The people who succeed here aren't necessarily the ones with the most experience, they're the ones who show up hungry, take the coaching, and refuse to have a bad week twice in a row.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively reaching out to prospective clients through outbound cold calling
• Managing and growing relationships with an existing client base
• Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Providing excellent customer service and ongoing account support
• Working closely with the broader sales team to hit collective goals

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
