About The Role

This is a relocation opportunity for ambitious candidates currently based in Gold Coast: move to Dubai and build a career in a market with no income tax, year-round demand, and some of the strongest commission structures in global real estate. Training, mentorship and marketing support are all provided.

What you will be doing:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable propertiesStay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventoryProvide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulationsGenerate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activitiesConduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirementsAdvise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan propertiesNegotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactionsAssist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction processWork closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience

What you will need:

Currently based in Gold Coast (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 monthsBackground in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estateHighly motivated, disciplined and target orientedFinancial stability is essential (commission based role, 6 months of savings recommended)Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)Driving licence preferred, as you will need one in Dubai

What The First Months Look Like

Expect your first two or three months to be mostly learning the market and building a pipeline, with plenty of conversations that go nowhere. That is normal, and it is why we recommend six months of savings.

Beyond that there is no ceiling: commission is 50-70%, paid daily. Last year our top earner made just over US$2.4 million (AED 9 million) in commission, tax free. That is our best, so treat it as the top of the range rather than the expectation, but it is a real figure from a real person on this team.

If what you want is a basic salary, this is not the role for you.
