Good News Lutheran College is a growing Prep-12 Christian College located in Melbourne's western corridor, with contemporary campuses in Tarneit and Mambourin. About the opportunities

As our College continues to grow, we are seeking experienced, committed and values-driven professionals for several leadership positions commencing in 2027.

Mambourin Campus

• Head of Middle Years
• Head of Primary Years
• Assistant Head of Primary Years

Tarneit Campus

• Learning Area Coordinator – Humanities

Across Both Campuses – Tarneit and Mambourin

• Library Manager
• College Counsellor
• Learning Enrichment Coordinator

These positions provide an opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and continued growth of the College. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a commitment to supporting student learning, wellbeing and staff development.

Selection Criteria

Applicants will be required to demonstrate:

• Current VIT registration
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional experience appropriate to the position
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to support and develop effective teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
• A strong commitment to student learning, safety and wellbeing
• An ability to contribute positively to the continued growth of the College
• A commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the College

All selected applicants will be required to undergo background checks, including reference checks and all relevant regulatory and compliance checks.
