Administration Support to Mortgage Broker

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Mortgage Broker to join our talented team at Loan Market St Albans.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting Mortgage Brokers in the preparation and submission of loan applications

• Liaising with lenders, clients and other stakeholders to gather required documentation

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the mortgage process

• Supporting the Mortgage Brokers in generating leads and building relationships with referral partners

• Make phone calls to potential clients to introduce services

• Continuously learning about the latest mortgage products and industry regulations

What we're looking for

• 6 months' experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the finance or mortgage industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in using mortgage application and CRM software

• A genuine interest in the mortgage and finance industry

• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
