Despatch Manager – Canning Vale

We’re looking for a Despatch Manager to take ownership of our in-store warehouse and despatch operations. This role is critical to keeping the business moving and making sure customers get their gear right, on time, every time.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, pace and accountability.

What you’ll be doing

As the Despatch Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end flow of stock in your store. From receivals to click and collect, replenishment to dispatch, the warehouse is your domain.

You’ll work closely with the Retail Business Manager and Sales Managers to support revenue, minimise disruption and deliver a smooth customer experience.

You’ll be:

• Owning all stock movements in and out of the store
• Leading click and collect packing, processing and dispatch
• Driving warehouse efficiency and reducing double handling
• Managing inventory accuracy to minimise loss and errors
• Setting and maintaining WH & C&C standards 7 days a week
• Leading your team from the front and setting clear expectations
• Coaching your team to lift speed, accuracy and accountability
• Achieving weekly operational KPIs
• Managing despatch folders and ensuring orders are closed out correctly
• Owning stock replenishment and merchandising standards
• Adjusting rosters to match trading and operational demand
• Identifying opportunities, improving processes and taking action

This role can make or break the customer experience, and you’ll own it.

• Proven experience in warehouse, despatch or operations leadership
• Strong attention to detail with a no-excuses mindset
• Confident leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, task-focused and efficiency-driven
• Comfortable being hands-on and setting the standard
• Strong work ethic and pride in doing things right
• Retail, warehousing or logistics experience highly regarded
