Kitchen Attendant – Casual

Richmond Republic is an independently owned pub in Melbourne’s sporting precinct, known for live sports, elevated pub fare, gaming and a welcoming atmosphere.

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Kitchen Attendant to support our busy kitchen operations.

Key duties include:

• Washing dishes and kitchen equipment

• Keeping kitchen and food-preparation areas clean and organised

• Assisting with basic food preparation and other non-cooking duties

• Receiving and storing stock

• Following food-safety and workplace-safety procedures

• Supporting chefs and other kitchen staff as required

The successful applicant will:

• Be reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness

• Work well as part of a team

• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Be available for evening and weekend shifts

• Have previous kitchen experience

Classification: Level 2 Kitchen Attendant Grade 2
Casual weekday rate: $33.85 per hour
Applicable weekend and public-holiday penalty rates apply.
