Raybal Constructions Pty Ltd is a well-established, family-owned construction company delivering industrial, commercial and residential projects across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Builders Labourer/Concreters Labourer to join our full-time team.

You'll support our construction crews across a diverse range of industrial, commercial and residential projects. This hands-on role involves site preparation, material handling, operating power tools, maintaining clean and safe worksites, and assisting trades to deliver quality workmanship.

• Full-time , ongoing employment.

• Projects primarily across the Central Coast, with occasional travel to Newcastle and Sydney.

• General labouring and site clean-up duties.

• Transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites.

• Cleaning, maintaining, and storing tools and equipment.

• Operating power tools.

• Preparing work areas and maintaining clean, safe job sites.

• Adhering to all WHS procedures and company policies.

• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

• Current White Card.

• Current Driver's licence (vehicle provided for site travel).

• First Aid Certificate (desirable)

• Sound knowledge of building and construction practices.

• Proven experience using power tools confidently and safely.

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour.

• Previous experience as a construction labourer or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.

• Flexible and willing to work across a variety of construction projects.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive site culture.
